Kettle Cuisine

OUR STORY

Our Roots

Founded in 1986 to bring scratch-cooked quality to restaurant operators, Kettle Cuisine built its name on small-batch, slow-simmered soups with depth of flavor and ingredient integrity.

Forty years later, that same philosophy guides us as we help foodservice operators and retailers nationwide offer chef-crafted soups, broths, proteins, sauces, demis and sides without sacrificing the craftsmanship, flavor and integrity that define our name.

More Than Soup

Soup is where we started. Today, Kettle Cuisine brings chef-crafted flavor to a broad portfolio spanning slow-simmered soups and broths, rich demis and sauces, slow-cooked proteins, premium macs, and scratch-made sides.

From back of house and hot bar programs to shelf-ready retail formats, we partner with customers to create chef-crafted offerings designed to support menus, shelves and the evolving ways people eat.

How We Cook

At Kettle Cuisine, we build flavor the way great chefs do: through classic cooking techniques that develop richness, texture, and layers of flavor.

It is an intentional approach that gives our partners the integrity they demand and delivers the quality and flavor consumers value.

Because scale should never come at the expense of flavor.

Built For the Way People Experience Food Today

Exceptional food is only exceptional if it performs in the real world.

For nearly 40 years, Kettle Cuisine has combined culinary craftsmanship with manufacturing expertise to help foodservice operators and retailers deliver chef-crafted food at scale. We honor the techniques, ingredients, and care of scratch cooking while creating the consistency and reliability needed to serve kitchens nationwide.

The result is food that delights consumers with authentic flavor, handcrafted quality, and memorable eating experiences- whether it’s enjoyed in a single location or across the country.

ARTISAN AT SCALE

Rooted in scratch cooking, we combine time-honored techniques with manufacturing expertise to deliver artisan quality at scale.
